Event Registration Refunds:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds will be provided based on the following schedule: For refunds you can visit Devadoss Hospitals reception. We will make the refund process easier. No refunds will be issued after the event.
Cancellation or Postponement:
In the event of event cancellation or postponement, participants will have the option to: Transfer their registration to a rescheduled event. Receive a credit for a future event. Request a refund.
Medical Refunds:
In cases where a participant is unable to participate due to a documented medical issue, we may provide a refund or defer the registration to the following year.
